Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in Settings (Plan and billing › Cancel subscription). You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Your first plan starts with 3 days free (10 validations, 10 review checks, 2 store builds and 5 video downloads a day; supplier contacts, on Pro and up, and putting a store on Shopify, open with the first charge); a card is required, and there is one free trial per person and per card. Then the plan’s price is charged automatically each month or year until you cancel.
What is a validation?
One product checked with one search phrase: Meta ad competition and Amazon demand, either or both. The same phrase again that day is free; another phrase is another validation.
What is a review check?
One product's buyer reviews and comments, read and summed up, for one search phrase. Review checks have their own allowance, half your validations, and never use one. The same phrase again that day is free; another phrase is another review check.
What is a store build?
One new store made from a product. Editing it, changing its theme or downloading it again is free. In a free trial you can build and edit it; downloading it or sending it to Shopify starts with your plan.
When do limits reset?
Validations, review checks and store builds reset each billing month and don't carry over. Daily limits reset at midnight, your time.
What are credits?
A way past your plan’s limits. A validation or a review check is 1 credit, a store build 3, and your plan is always used first. Packs are charged once. Bought credits never expire while your account is open. The Terms have the rest.
What does Unlimited mean?
No plan limits in normal use, so no credits needed. Fair use caps it at 50 validations, 25 review checks and 500 video downloads a day, 750 store builds a month and 100,000 saved products. The Terms have the details.
Can I get a refund?
Only the exceptions on our Refunds page. The free trial is for trying it: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
